Afghanistan Displaced Returnees Emergency Appeal
In an unfolding humanitarian crisis, approximately 1.7 million Afghans are at the brink of deportation from Pakistan. Each day, an alarming number of families – between 2,500 to 3,000 – embark on a perilous journey back to Afghanistan. This starkly contrasts with the 300 individuals per day who made this journey in mid-September 2023.
“Verily, along with every hardship, is relief (i.e., there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs).”
Quran (94:6)
Since the onset of these mass deportations, around 200,000 Afghans have crossed back into their homeland. Most of them are in dire need of immediate humanitarian support, lacking basic necessities such as food, shelter, and medical care.
Afghan relief is committed to providing urgent aid to these displaced families. Our efforts focus on delivering essential supplies, medical care, and temporary shelters to those most affected by this crisis.
Your support can make a significant difference. By donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, you can help alleviate the suffering of Afghan families in their time of need. Together, we can bring hope and tangible aid to those facing unimaginable hardships.
